    Fostering Cross-Border Collaboration within U.S.-Based Minority-and-Indigenous-Owned SMEs

    Canada

This May Global Ties Detroit will be welcoming seven (7) mid career professionals from Canada working in fields consisting of business, government, and academia. This program is designed to strengthen cross border cooperation among small and medium sized enterprises, especially owned by people of diverse backgrounds. The objective of this program is to train Canadians working within and for services associated with minority-and-Indigenous-owned Small-and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). These participants will also be fostering connections between SMEs from underrepresented communities to increase their participation in U.S.-Canadian trade.
