Tunisia
From October 14th - 20th, we'll be welcoming this IVLP of fourteen (14) Tunisian high-level law enforcement officers and education & public health leaders observing a project theme of "U.S.-Tunisian Cooperation to Combat Illicit Drug Trafficking and Transnational Crime." They'll be in Detroit to meet with multi-level law enforcement entities and drug rehabilitation service providers to learn about State and Local Law Enforcement Coordination on Transnational Crime; Joint Narcotics Investigations at the U.S.-Canada Border; and Prosecution, Prevention, and Recovery Partnerships.

The opportunity to welcome and work with international delegations visiting Detroit provides a very rich experience. To be engaged in this work is significant and very rewarding. The world is becoming smaller every day and Global Ties Detroit contributes greatly in building strong bridges with people and nations across the globe.
