This US State Department-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is for 7 government officials and NGO worker from Iraq exploring Domestic Violence, Women, and Children's Issues.
The delegations program from Detroit, MI will examine policies in the United States, successful programs to combat domestic violence, and the importance of partnerships between public and private sectors in addressing the issue
