What does it mean to be a citizen diplomat? How can you promote cross-cultural exchange here at home? Join us in the parlor with Global Ties Detroit, a non-profit that hosts international exchange programs on behalf of the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and other agencies to advance global exchange and citizen diplomacy.
