    Multi-Regional Project: Science and Technology Entrepreneurship

    Angola, Bahrain, Bolivia, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Eswatini, Finland, Jordan, Latvia, Malaysia, Montenegro, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Panama, Saudia Arabia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela

    Twenty-three (23) participants from around the world will engage in the Science and Technology Entrepreneurship program to meet  with their professional counterparts in Detroit to discuss diversity and community within entrepreneurial ecosystems. Focusing specifically on digital literacy and justice, venture capital, and entrepreneurial resilience. 

    Detroit, Michigan is an emerging startup friendly, tech-hub of the Midwest. With its heavy focus on innovation in manufacturing and software technology, Detroit will provide participants with a greater insight into the roles of governmental and non-governmental organizations in fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. Local resources will demonstrate how technological innovations are adopted in a wide variety of industries, how to support and recognize startups, and discuss the role of higher education in advancing technologies and empowering young people in tech related fields.
