Global Ties Detroit will be partnering with IIE to welcome five (5) delegates from Israel participating in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Bridging Communities Through the Arts. The objective of this program is to examine how innovative arts programming can be instrumental in managing divisions, developing conflict resolution skills, and promoting cross-cultural understanding. During their stay these delegates will be exploring American arts, economic growth, and cultural preservation highlighting how musical, visual, and performing arts creates space for dialogue and self expression. This group will also be participating in site visits, meetings with local artists, and community service activities.
