This spring, through our International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), female leaders will explore women's roles in politics, conflict resolution, peacemaking, and comparing mediation techniques and challenges. This program, administered by the Institute of International Education Program, looks to highlight their impact in civil society, government, business, and education in fostering stability. This program will also showcase female leadership mentorship and examine legal frameworks protecting women through constitutional, judicial, and legislative processes. This regional project for the Near East and North Africa welcomes international women leaders to Detroit from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, Libya, and Algeria.
