Global Ties Detroit to Participate in 2020 Rocket Mortgage Classic Birdies for Charity Program

The Detroit Golf Club will host the PGA TOUR® from May 25th through the 31st. Global Ties Detroit is getting involved in the excitement by participating in the 2020 Rocket Mortgage Classic Birdies for Charity program.
Birdies for Charity gives nonprofits a platform that utilizes the enthusiasm around the Rocket Mortgage Classic to raise funds and program awareness. The Birdies for Charity program directs 100 percent of proceeds back to the participating charities. Donors will be able to direct their funds to their chosen organizations, and can either make a flat donation or pledge a set amount per birdie made by PGA TOUR players during competition rounds at the Rocket Mortgage Classic. In 2019, with 1895 birdies made by PGA TOUR® Professionals at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, over 170 nonprofit organizations raised thousands of dollars to help support their missions.
